Family Picnic

On Saturday July 24th we had our yearly family picnic at Westside Regional Park. The kids and parents had a great time with such activeties as: a Nature scavenger hunt, balloon badmitton, a civil war re-enactment with water balloons, and a three-legged race.

At the end of the day the following people received such awards as:
"I identified Poison Ivy by walking into it"--went to Kevin (an older brother)
"Snake Chaser"--went to Shaun
"I grew a tail"--went to Miss Bambi
"Three legged race winners"--went to Zach and his mom and Garrett and his dad (2 races were held)
"Fastest runner while carrying child"--went to Mr Fred
and "I'm just a big kid"--went to Mr Michael, Mr Leo, Mr Fred, and Cubmaster Joe
